Punderson%20aerial.jpg (50934 bytes) houseboat.jpg (121165 bytes)
Aerial view of Punderson State Park at 10,000 feet. Picture of 6 bedroom houseboat moared in the area of fishing dock to the northeast of swimming beach. The area of the campground would be in the distant shore. In the Spring, this boat is rumored to be visible under 20 feet of water. Its' exact location is not known.

The Little House is also known as the Ella and Lemuel Punderson property.  The Punderson Homestead is about 1/4th of a mile South of Music Street on SR 44. The Boat House is wrongly identified in the photo. It should be located across the lake to a point where the original driveway would be extended into the lake. There were stairs leading down from the Main House to the Boat House, in the general area where the fire stairs are located at the east end  of the Manor House. The trail just north of the parking area at the Lodge is the original driveway coming in from Route 87.
